Abstract: 

BIODIESEL OBTAINED FROM Transestrification OF EDIBLE OR NON EDIBLE OILS WITH METHANOL IN THE PRESENCE OF HOMOGENOUS OR HETEROGENEOUS CATALYSTS. IN THE PRESENT WORK, THE TRANSESTERIFICATION REACTION OF WASTE COOKING OIL WITH METHANOL, IN THE PRESENCE OF MAGNESITE ORE AS A HETEROGENOUS CATALYST FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIODIESEL FUEL WAS INVESTIGATED. THESE CATALYSTS WERE CHARACTERIZED BY USING OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD), SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (SEM), FOURIER TRANSFORM INFRARED SPECTROMETER (FTIR), THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSIS (TGA) TECHNIQUES [1, 2]. THE MAGNESIT ORE WAS SUCCESSFULLY USED FOR BIODIESEL PRODUCTION VIA TRANSESTERIFICATION. MOREOVER, THE OBTAINED EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE CATALYST ACTIVITY DEPENDS ON THE TIME AND TEMPERATURE OF CALCINATION AS WELL AS TO THE METHANOL TO OIL MOLAR RATIO. THE EFFECTS OF OPERATING process CONDITIONS SUCH AS METHANOL TO OIL MOLAR RATIO, REACTION TEMPERATURE, REACTION TIME AND CATALYST LOADING ON THE BIODIESEL FUEL YIELD WERE CAREFULLY INVESTIGATED.IN ADDITION, COMPOSITION OF PRODUCED METHYL ESTERS WAS ANALYZED WITH GAS CHROMATOGRAPH (GC) EQUIPPED WITH A FID DETECTOR. BIODIESEL YIELD OF 92.1% WAS ACHIEVED WHEN TRANSESTERIFICATION WAS CARRIED OUT AT 60OC BY USING 5WT.% CATALYST AND 9: 1 METHANOL TO OIL MOLAR RATIO IN 75 MIN. THE CATALYST CAN BE REUSED FOR 5 TIMES AND REDUCE THE COST OF BIODIESEL PREPARATION process.

Abstract: 

How to profoundly change the beliefs of the polytheists during the age of revelation from the denial of the Prophet (pbuh) to the certainty of his Message and the acceptance of his full guardianship is a question worthy of attention. The order of verses about prophecy based on the order of revelation is the reason to lead a transformative process and a special Quranic method in institutionalizing the belief of prophecy in the lives of Arabs. In the first stage, the Holy Quran in the first Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) chapters has prepared the community from the motivational side to accept the truth of the Prophet’s (pbuh) prophecy and briefly stating the key issues surrounding it. The Holy Book of Quran at the time of the emergence of oppositions and doubts (the second stage) destroyed the arguments of the polytheists and explained the prophecy and proved its authenticity from a cognitive perspective in the second stage by presenting clear arguments. and the Holy Book of Quran in the third stage after Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) period has undertaken measures in order to fulfill the goals of the Massage by explaining the true position of the Prophet (pbuh) to deepen and operationalize the Prophetic belief through explaining practical duties for the Prophet (pbuh) and behavior based on the acceptance of Walaya (Arabic: ولایة, meaning “guardianship” or “governance”).

Abstract: 

Biodiesel is a renewable fuel that, due to increasing environmental pollution, global warming caused by fossil fuels and limited fossil fuel resources, its production has increased. Different resources contribute to the production of biodiesel such as animal fats, edible waste oil and vegetable oils. In this study, grape kernel oil was used for production of biodiesel using potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide as catalysts and methanol. For this purpose, effect of several parameters such as temperature, reaction time, methanol to oil ratio, the amount of catalyst and type of catalyst were studied and optimal conditions for the production of biodiesel were obtained. The maximum efficiency of biodiesel production for KOH and NaOH were determined 99 and 95 %, respectively which these efficiencies were obtained in the optimum conditions such as temperature of 70oC, 1 wt. % catalyst, 90 min and methanol to oil ratio of 9: 1. For analysis of biodiesel produced in optimal conditions, the international standard ASTM D6751 and EN 14214 were used. The results showed that the properties of biodiesel using KOH such as density, viscosity, flash point, cloud point, acid number, cetane number, pour point and distillation temperature were 860 kg/m3, 3. 3 mm2/s, 160oC, 1oC, 0. 2, 52,-5oC and 342oC, respectively and this properties using NaOH were 870 kg/m3, 3. 5 mm2/s, 172oC, 4oC, 0. 15, 57,-4oC and 354oC, respectively.

Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

IN THIS PAPER, THE REACTOR OF BIODIESEL PRODUCTION VIA TRANSESTERIFICATION process OF SOYBEAN OIL WAS MODELED AND THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT ALCOHOL TO OIL MOLAR RATIO WAS INVESTIGTED AS AN IMPORTANT PARAMETER IN THIS REACTION. MASS BALANCES WERE DERIVED FOR COMPONENTS OF REACTIONS. THE GOVERNING EQUATIONS WERE SOLVED USING COMSOL SOFTWARE. EXPERIMENTAL DATA IS GIVEN IN LITERATURE THE RESULTS SHOW THE OPTIMUM ALCOHOL TO OIL MOLAR RATIO BY CONSIDERING ALL PARAMETERS LIKE BIODIESEL PURIFICATION AND SEPERATION COULD BE 6:1 THAT APPROVED THE PREVIOUS STUDIED.
